Is anyone else excited that baseball is back?
Anyone going to the opener today?

Are they in last place yet? :bigsmile:0

Well. After some of the plays today...
Looking forward to seeing more from these newer players. A couple of really rookie mistakes today.0 -
It's going to be ugly today. I fully expect Kevin Correia to get shelled, and shelled often in his Twins career. :grumble:0

The Umps are once again anti-Twins. Watching some of the calls just has me shaking my head.0
-
We usually go to a few games each summer, but we live over 100 miles away so we don't get up to MSP often. We live south of Rochester a few miles north of Iowa border.0

Go TWINS!! I'm hoping they have a good season!0
-
Two wins, one loss! That's pretty freakin' awesome so far!0
-
I don't know about anyone else, but I still miss Ben Revere.0

Whelp. So much for Spring baseball!0

Whelp. So much for Spring baseball!
I heard spring was cancelled. But, just to make up for that we will probably get a really hot summer.0 -
Ugh, 'The Vanimal' is driving me crazy. They made this huge to-do about the trade (we lost Ben Revere and were told that this was a superb trade) and his pitching is awful. Watching him pitch today was painful.0

I'm going to my first game in the new stadium tonight. Free tickets or I probably still wouldn't since I don't want to give the con-artist Pohlad family any of my money. :bigsmile:0

The stadium is pretty awesome. The Twins? Ugh.0
-
they have to get good again one of these years...right...?0
-
I'm hoping next year. I think having the All Star Game AND a great season would do wonders for the morale of the team and for Minnesota in general.0

Anyone doing 15's 5k in August? The finish line is home plate!0
-
I sure want to, and am hoping to.
I had really good seats behind home plate the other night. The whole time I was trying to figure out how/where the runners would be coming in at? Pretty cool finish line though! Stadium filled up a bit with our friends and families cheering on. That would be pretty awesome indeed.0 -
I did it last year and it was great to see the different players supporting the cause at the finish line! A tad spendy but worth it!0

So, Albers kicks butt.
And Dozier! He's consistently putting singles/doubles/homers out there. Very refreshing.0 -
Looks like we're keeping Gardy for another two years. I'm personally okay with this, but the rest of the staff needs to be shaken up. As much as I love seeing familiar faces, Anderson has got to go.0
-
They are keeping everyone, already announced. Completely embarrassing how this franchise rewards failure. The entire organization needs an overhaul, including TR and Gardy.0
