Sorry for the late post! My internet decided NOT to work yesterday! Blah!

Easter candy is the devil!!! Gotta push hard this week to get this gain back off. I was doing pretty good so I have to get motivated and MOVE!! Hope you all are doing well!!!

i was away and on a break for a few weeks. i'll weigh in this week even though I know that shizz ain't gonna be pretty. I went from "diet break" to "2 week binge" in no time flat. Oh well, it was tasty! Upward and onward.0

Weekly struggle: I've been on holiday this week so I have been staying in hotels and eating out for every meal (mostly unhealthy meals too!) so I haven't been able to log the meals and I know I have gone waaaay over my 1200 calorie goal everyday. I also haven't been fasting twice a week either (managed once per week). Since weighing myself when I got back yesterday morning I had put on 5 lb!
Weekly strength: Had a very active holiday of snowboarding in the mountains, hiking up mountains for miles through knee-deep snow carrying heavy bag and snowboard, walking for miles around a city sightseeing, and taking the dog for long walks too so it's been pretty heavy going! Unfortunately all this exercise was outweighed by the amount of fried, calorific junk I was eating. However, since I've been back I had a fast day yesterday which I really enjoyed as it was a nice relief after eating so much crap for a week and I have since lost 2 of the 5 lb I had put on! I also got straight back into my Ripped in 30 workout routine.0 -

I have been busy moving apartments and couldn't exercise or concentrate in my diet. Now i am back on track.I will try my level best to do exercise and diet. SInce i am moving out of europe in 2 months,i may take few trip on the weekends but i am sure i can reach my goal wt0 -

Only a pound, but it's right after Easter so it could be worse!
Weekly struggle: chocolate. Easter chocolate. I love it, but I've been fairly good and am stretching it out, as well as simply not getting as much this year.
Weekly strength: managing to stay vaguely on top of my calories despite being home for a week, with easy access to all my favourite foods. When I'm in my uni flat I deliberately buy healthy so I can only eat healthy, but at home everything is there, and my family are big on foody treats.0 -

up nearly 3 lbs but it's not nearly as bad as it could have been. this break has really helped to shift my perspective for the good though. I'm still looking to lose those last lbs but I'm also enjoying my body. I know I definitely ate way more than what I need but it was sooo nice having a break from the scale, the diet, the points. Now I'm back to it all but hopefully in a healthier way. Who knows, we'll see.
