Hey there, I am looking to see if there is a willing female to come to planet fittness and help me learn to lift. Its very intimidating to venture into the weight section of the gym for me. I usually just stick with cardio, but really want to meet up with someone to show me the ropes a few times. I have no upper body strength and my goal is to do at least 5 real pushups by my 28th b day (end of Aug). I would also like to tone up as well as drop some lbs. Thanks for considering :)
