Hi Ladies, So sorry I have been MIA this weekend. My son wasn't feeling good. Since he is two he thinks when he dosn't feel good you have to carry and hold him everywhere you go. He didn't want to take naps either. Oh well the joys of being a mom. I did get my workout on today. Yay for me. I did CLX lean 2 and a HIIT 15. those HIITs are killer after a workout. I may just have to start doing that all the time on weight days. I have been reading a lot about it, it really helps burn off the fat. If you want any info the most recent find was in Fittnes RX for woman. I hope everyone had a great Easter and I am looking forward to my workouts again. Keep Pushing Play!!

Oh and as a side note this antibotic thing sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I feel sick to my stomach after I take it sometimes hours after I take it. I am supposed to take it every eight hours. Hello.... sorry but I am not getting up in the middle of the night to take a pill that I have to eat something small with. My sleep gets interupted enough as it is. LOL, Just thought I'd keep you all updated. Have a great night.0

Hello ladies!
Check out my new profile pic. Those are my kiddos who will be 8 later this month. I have another picture that we do every year since they were 4 years old...both kids on my side kissing my cheek. I'm going to keep that as a tradition even when they get older. I posted that pic and a couple others of me and the kids on my Facebook and I got so many compliments from people who haven't seen me in a while (at least 3 months or more) and they all tell me I look fantastic and all that. I have always had very low self esteem and I still can't fully take a compliment. I mean, I'm happy that people are noticing changes in me but I'm surprised because I guess I don't see what they are seeing. People see me now with surprised looks and tell me I look great and that I've lost weight and all I think (and say) is that "I only lost 9 lbs". You know what it is? It's that stupid scale! I went shopping last weekend to get some new tops and I was able to purchase a size Medium in tops. I used to wear XL or 2XL. My size 14 jeans are starting to get loose now. I need to buy clothes little by little but I definately will need a summer wardrobe. Last summer I was in Size 18 - 20 shorts and capris and those are now way too big for me. Has anyone lost weight in their shoe size? I need new shoes too.
Anyway, thank you for allowing me to vent and ramble. I am restarting week 14 of TF today and just finished Fire 60. I am actually starting to like it now. I think I'm just getting used to the moves. Although, I still would rather do 55EZ and 45EZ over Fire 60. I miss just the HIIT dvd's.
Vin~ Check with your doc about the scheduling of your antibiotic. The label may say every 8 hours, but some docs may not care how you space them as long as you get the prescribed amount in one day. My cousin used to do bedside nursing and she said that they administered the antibiotics to the patients at 9am, 1pm and 5pm because those were normal awake hours and they never had to wake up a sleeping pt to give them their meds. You should also continue to have a small snack (like crackers) to prevent what my daughter says "puke city". LOL.
Anyway, hope you're all doing well and pressing "play" and moving your body to healthiness!0 -
Hey guys,
I know I haven't posted in a couple of days, but things are still pretty hectic here. We just found out that my hubby is getting deployment orders for Afghanistan. As far as we know, he leaves in September. I'll check in again in a couple of days once things quiet down.0 -
