Hey everybody!!
Welcome to April!!! Today our journey for April begins. WHO'S EXCITED?!
Looks like we have a loong road a head of us, but I gotta say, I am ready for change!!! This month, we are going to push our bodies to the limits and give it our all. I mean, literally, your all. You want change, I grantee you, you will get it if you follow this calender and EAT CLEAN. Bye bye junk food and heellooo beach bodies! Just think in two months, it'll be June 1st! Crazyy. So let this be the first day, if you have yet to begin, on cleansing our bodies of that icky food and nourish it with all those veggies and protein we all just love so much. Minimize the snacking and be active ALL THE TIME!
Today also marks the first day where I will be challenging myself with my 60 day meal plan (instead of the 90 days) and I am sooo ready! Bring. It. On.
What are your goals for this month?!
This is my understanding on what each days workouts will be focusing on:
Monday: Core
Tuesday: Upper body
Wednesday: Lower body
Thursday: Core
Friday:Upper body
Saturday: Lower body
Sunday: Rest day
TRAIN INSANE OR REMAIN THE SAME
Good luck everybody!!
xoxo
