Today is the first day of our 5 pounds, 30 days...I really really hope it works out and everyone reaches their goal! Some of you mentioned they would like to do less than 5 pounds, your VERY welcome to do that.

I'm feeling excited and motivated, how are you feeling? :smile:

    Today I drank more water and less soda. It is a start for me. :) I did my zumba tonight and weights this morning. Now it is hug a puppy time. Or turtle! Lol
