I give this four stars because the first 75 minutes is EXCELLENT!! I hold back the last star, because the last 20 minutes is TERRIBLE. It was fast paced, had a good story line, and a GREAT cast. I do not think they could have actually cast the villain any better than they did, Michael Eklund played him brilliantly! However, there comes a point in this plot, where they forget their audience has brains.

Since when do 911 operators track down their own callers? And when she did find the place, why would she not call 911 and give them a location, instead of putting herself in danger as well by going down there? This is where the movie started to lose me.
One other thing, I would have liked to learn a little more about his situation. So, he lost his sister to cancer as a child, and now wants to get her some hair? This is a little strange.....
You could tell from the photos that Jordan found that his sister and him had some kind of incestuous relationship, but they were pretty young....so, has he been killing people for 30 years and they are just catching on or did something else trigger this. Just thought this could have been a little more developed.....but once again I will say, the character of the kidnapper is very well acted. VERY creepy. Overall worth a watch....
