Sauna and supply?

I want to make a trip to my favourite spa and they have a sauna which I love but I don't know whether extreme heat can affect my supply? I'm probably just overly worried but I'm wondering what your experiences are? Thanks!

no it will not effect ur supply. u may find urself leaking when u are in there. lol i went to sauna several times when i nursed.. enjoy mama!0
