So far so good. Not hungry. I didn't thing I would like the vanilla smoothie but I found I really do. It tastes like cake batter. Not overly tired like I usually am at the end of the day. Still have dinner smoothie and flush to do. Fingers crossed!!

Day 2 was ok. I was very hungry in the night. The day was ok but when it was time for bed I was starving. But I know it is my body adjusting as well.
Day 3. Woke up 4 pound lighter. I felt a little shaky in the morning but as soon as I had my smoothie I felt better. Easier day because food was introduced again. A nice protein dinner will be great. Can't wait to see what tomorrow holds.0
