I WANT MY MEMBERS BACK TO HELP ME OUT!! HELP!

ok after being lazy for about two weeks and i know i have gain some weight back, i have restarted my program. so how about some help here. i have began to move my butt by walking my dog around the block and i am also adding Zumba cause it is still cold here. so if you guys are still around and i know some of you are get in here and help and old lady out! i got a birthday in two months and i want to be almost down into the low 140s by then. Need a little encouragement and motivation. Read an article in Prevention Mag the other day and a well known doctor state that the only real way to lose weight and keep it off "is to eat less and move more!" Gee why didn't i think of that, really easy right? Wrong, sometimes i am so tired it is all i can do to just keep walking thru the house. so a little motivation and a lot of love would help. you kids are young and lose really fast if u try, me, i have to just keep plugging away. So help me out !!!
! Waiting to hear from you and would love suggestions. But remember older women do have some health problems and can't move as fast as the young folks can. So lets get to it. HELP ME OUT HERE.
