Because the Healthy Weight Loss challenge is just making way, last week is going to be treated as a dry run. If you didn't check in for last week but want to participate in the challenge you can sign up this week.

Starting Week 2 there will be eliminations. Since we're not eliminating anyone this week, I'm not posting the chart. But I do want to give a big congratulations to tinatatertoes for having the highest score this week: 168!

Like I said, starting next week the eliminations will begin.

    This challenge has really helped me focus on my veggie intake and water, which are my two weak spots!!!

    I can't wait until tomorrow....GROCERY SHOPPING!! We have been running out of everything but pasta and potatoes (and flour sigh) But we are SO stocking up on veggies...I can't WAIT!!!!
