week 3 and not sore

I am half way into week 3. Week 1 I was SO sore I could barely walk. I have noticed that I am not all that sore this week. I am wondering if I am doing it right. I am cardio fit, I ran a marathon less than a month ago. However I am NOT toned in anyway. I haven't missed a workout!

What do you think? Am I getting more fit... or not doing it right?
