Just Made GF Citrus Balsalmic Dressing - YUM!

So I was having issues with GF salad dressings, and decided to make my own - omg... YUM! I don't know why I just didn't do this before! I thought I'd share the recipe - I found one similar online but it used oranges. Pineapple is good for us gluten free folks as it is a natural anti-inflammatory.... so here is the recipe:
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) organic balsamic vinegar
• 6 pineapple slices (canned)
• 2 small garlic cloves (peeled and pressed through garlic press)
• 2 Tbsp (25 g) sweetener of choice (agave)
• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lime juice or 1/2 lime, peeled
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
Blend in blender for 5 minutes. Pour into old salad dressing container. Voila!
Hope you all love it as much as I do! Now I'm not AFRAID to eat salad w/dressing! It's nice knowing what is IN your food!

It was my first attempt - I altered it a bit for my own taste but boy it makes me WANT to eat salad now! Nom nom!
PS - I used agave as it is sweeter than honey...0
