Hi everyone, Ben here. I'm a QI data analyst at a critical access hospital in Montana (the one with the best QI stats in the state, of course!). I come from a background in IT/HIPAA Security, but my degrees are in software dev and informatics so I feel right at home doing QI data work and process improvement. I love encouraging and coaching front line workers of all kinds on how to improve processes and measure the results. I'm working towards a Masters in health administration with the intention of moving into an operations management role.
I'm also getting close to meeting my first long-term fitness goal - to get my BMI back into the 'acceptable' range. I've got four pounds to go, and I plan to have it done before my check-up. Depending on the results of that appointment, I may focus on hypertension or lipids depending on how my labs look.
Feel free to send a friend request, but be prepared for big words and nerdy conversation!

Good for you. An 'acceptable' BMI is quite an accomplishment and you're closing in on it. Strong work!0
