Good Morning!
About half way through to the next weigh in! How's everyone doing? I did my mid-week weigh in and I am at the same weight...I really want to get out of the 190's this weigh in so I think I need to really get motivated and do my very best the next four days! I am going to be out of the 190's! That is my goal for Monday!!

Come on everybody...let's get this challenge heated up again! I have a feeling some of you are angry w/ me because I deleted you as a friend? I'm sorry...it's not personal at all..but I want to have friends that are supportive and make comments because when I don't hear from you..I think that maybe you don't want to be friends or don't want to be supportive..I hope you understand.

Hi Angie, I am having the same problem except I am actually up a pound!!! I usually only weigh on mondays but I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed more than I did a few days ago!!!! I have not been going over on calories except yesterday but it was only 27 over and those reese's peanut butter cups were totally worth it )) I am hoping it's just water weight from too much sodium ( sodium is a huge problem for me) so hopefully if I start watching that sodium it will be back down by monday and I can finally be back in the 140's!!! I just added some new songs to my mp3 player and plan to exercise at least 30 extra mins a day. I hope that helps!0

Again, the motivator...you are so right to do this because I bet it helps you as well a lot!! And then, we benefit!...lol
I am on the go a lot right now but still trying to do my best...I have another quick trip to do this coming week end then things should settle again for a bit...
My goal is to be completely in a size 16 by the middle of May...Some 16's fit but some still don't...so...I have to workout and look after my diet really well...
I love this group and how it helps everyone but really, you are the heart of this challenge...please keep helping us stay in line! :flowerforyou:0 -
I've been busy the last few days and haven't got to post on here much or do as much exercising as I normally do! I'm trying to get on the elliptical at least 15 min. Figure it's better than nothing! I've got to get to the grocery store today and get some food, running out of healthy stuff! Hope everyone is doing great!! Keep up the good work!! ????0

Still on vacation so I have no idea how much I weigh. We have been doing lot's so I'm hoping I haven't undone everything I worked for. I have also been watching what I eat but haven't been good about getting it put down. But I guess this is what it's all about still living while we lose weight. Been checking how people are doing keep it up everyone.0

I haven't been on much this week at all. I wish we could get on the boards from the mobile app. Kids are on Spring Break this week and I have had someone elses kid(s) every day this week. Today is the exception but I am having my first ever home party tonight so I have to get ready for that. I'm trying not to make a ton of desserts so they aren't left here for me to eat after everyone leaves.0

I was also up today! Boo! Yesterday I completely changed my eating. I didn't eat any grains and ate much more fruits and veggies. I thought it was weird I went over on fat, protein and sugar but stayed under carbs and sodium. I have found if I eat even a couple fruits I go over on my sugar but since it's not processed sugar I don't stress about it! I REALLY want to break out of the 130's by the end of this month. It's always very hard for me to reach the 120's I only remember being 128-129 once and for only a few days lol! So THAT is my goal for this month I have been uping my water intake like I had wanted so I'm happy with that. My workouts have been off though because I've been doing yard work at night (redoing our entire flower beds!) so when I come inside it's already late and I'm exhausted. But technically I'm still working out because I've been digging and such
I DON'T WANT THIS GROUP TO DIE!!!!! We need to make things more exciting again! I have a hard time joining other groups because this one is much more on a personal level and I like that!0 -
All of you just made me so happy right now I could cry! I just got home from working out and I honestly expected to come on and see no posts...You all posted! And everyone had such great posts!! I loved reading them all!! I think weighing in on Thursdays really helps to see how you are doing and if your not doing as well as you'd like then give yourself a kick in the behind!! What is your goal for Monday guys? Lets make them right now!

Hmm...goal for Monday....I was 135.8 last weigh in, I was 136.2 this morning. On Monday I need to be 133 so I can finally lose 2 pounds in one week! There it is, now I must DO IT!0 -
My goal is to be down 2lbs per week every week, this will get me well on my way to the 'teens'...
My goal is to do some form of physical activity every day, a good workout at least 3-4 times a week and a bigger workout on the week ends...
By maximum June 1st, I want to be in 'Onederland'....so lots of work ahead....0 -
Well Spring has finally arrived here and I am trying to get outside as much as possible, for ME that is the best thing. I need to be moving, stay busy all the time, it helps me in so many ways and when I stop its hard for me to get going again. Mentally and physically!
I like instant chat, I wish MFP had instant chat, get on here and have a conversation with somebody in the moment, now it is like talking to someone and they don’t answer you right away, how annoying is that IRL. That’s why as great as MFP is, it is just a tool, one of many tools we need to use to get healthy. I Love MFP and all the people I have met on here, buuuut I need real HUMAN interaction to stay sane and really alive; which I will admit is hard to find these days with everyone being so busy with their lives and on the internet all the time, lol if you think about it, its kind of ironic or a conundrum

I wish spring was here, we are about to get freezing rain. It's been pretty nice but just melting a bit then snow again. I know what you mean it would be nice to get together to workout, would motivate me more.0
