The more weight i lose the worse my pouch gets :( . i have now had two cea sections, gained 60 pounds with my son- only to lose 20 and then gain it back. Then with my daughter gained 35-40, lost it all + 15 :) (at 4 months PP!). Now im dealing with the gross saggy stomach- how can i get rid of this????

I've had 2 c-sections as well..mine were pretty much back-to-back (my boys are only 17 months apart) and my tummy needs some serious help as well. I've lost 27 lbs so far (I gained 20). Even though I'm 7 lbs below my PPW I do not look the same by any means b/c of my saggy tummy. I was doing all sorts of ab workouts, then I found out I have diastasis recti. So, I really just focused on cardio. In the past month, I have started jogging (doing the C25K program) and I have finally started to see some major improvements on my stomach!! My lower stomach (which is the worst part of it) is still poochy, but it doesn't sag anywhere near as bad. It looks like it is starting to actually fight gravity a bit!!.

BTW: My youngest is 14 weeks and my oldest is 20 months.

I haven't personally had a c section with my kids but my sister and sister in law have. With my sister hers never went away completely she was able to tighten the skin but from the way she was cut she will always be rounded and she works at a gym. My sister in law has had 3 c sections and she was able to lose all her wait through diet only but she doesn't exercise at all so she is kind of a bad example. I have had a hard time with both my pregnancies to get rid of the weight there it never seems to want to go away my mom suggested crunches she said that worked for her, I am right now focusing on cardio and drinking water like crazy my youngest is 15 weeks and I have already started to notice a little bit of a difference.
