Hey veggie buddies :)

Been vegan about 3 years, and i am JUST starting a strength training program. The book I am using is called "Body by You" by Mark Lauren, the same guy who wrote "You Are Your Own Gym"...it's a program of ALL body weight exercises (LOVE--no equipment or weights), and it takes u through progressions that build u to being able to do push ups, pull ups, etc

So, I train 3x a week, for about 15-20 mins a day, following the program.

I want to continue losing weight, but really I wanna lose BODY FAT, so I am looking to up my protein a bit to support muscle mass.

What are some great vegan proteins that u use? So far, I use:
-hemp protein powder
-tofu and tempeh
-occasionally, seitan
-beans
-vegan cheese
-nuts

do i need more?

When I was strength training I used Plant Fusion Protein
    No dairy
    No Soy
    No Animal
    Hypoallergenic
    Gluten Free
I had noticeable results with it. I have the Chocolate flavor.....taste wasn't the greatest but I got used to it. I Google it before purchasing to find the best price.

Is it not possible to get 1g per kilo of lean bodyweight of protein per day from your normal vegan diet? Not having a dig; serious question.
