April?

Hi All

Are we doing an April challenge?
I think it would be good to do just running - 300 minutes for the month (10 per day). Or is that excessive?

We should deduct 50 mins as already 5th April!

Ideas?

    still getting over a badly sprained ankle from a few weeks back. No way i can run yet. i'd have a hard time doing the free step for 10 minutes a day right now. maybe next month. For now, i will just have to continue with my strength training. Anything that doesn't involve too much on one foot.

    I don't think 10 minutes a day would be bad, not on the wii. Outside is another story. I don't run. lol I would be up for it! :)

    i run the 30 mins one but sometimes have to walk some of it ...But i can try ,,i late getting in april challenge..
