HA! I like his accent! And I'm a day ahead - whoot! We had tricep dips and pushups last night in Tabata. I didn't have a tall enough bench for dips so I grabbed a weight and did tricep extensions over head. If you don't keep your elbows pointed forwarded, you actually don't work your triceps. I'm always trying to do tricep moves becuase that's the part of my arm I hate - all that jiggle and wiggle.

Verde, I believe we are on the same schedule or one day apart. I did these exercises already too. I also did overhead presses, heavy pants, and renegade rows today.

Did pushups, tricep pushups, pull ups, bicep curls, chest presses, kettle bell lifts (and the lower body and abs as well... and yay me, was able to do a plank on my toes longer- until my toes were slipping too much and had to go down to my knees to finish my 60 seconds of plank)0
