Hi all!
I just got my Insanity pack yesterday and am super excited to start!!! I really need to lose at least 35-40 pounds and after running, elliptical, zumba, etc. I just can't seem to lose it, so I am hoping the Insanity is just what I need.
Question the nutrition piece though. I figured my calories out to be about 2100 a day, which seems like a LOT to me, since I usually keep at 1500 or so. Those of you who have completed Insanity with great results, did you all follow the nutrition guide exactly or did you lessen the amount of calories, etc. required?

I'm only on day 4, but from what I understand you aren't supposed to eat the Insanity calories back and I burn around 500 per session. (:0 -
I'm in my last week of month 1 doing insanity. My MFP daily calorie goal is 1400 and then I earn between 500-1000 from insanity. Some days I eat them some days I don't. But when I look at my reports my net calories is almost always under 1500.
In total from 3/11 to today I've lost about 2lbs per week.0 -
And I've lost 1 inch from hips, thighs, chest, arms..and 2inches of my waist.0

Okay, so if I keep it at 1500 or so (5 meals at 300 calories), I should be good then?
Also, do you follow the nutrition guide completely? The diet piece has always been the issue for me.

When I Did My First Round I Ate About 1500/Day. Followed It As Much As I Could And Used Shakeology. I Lost A Total Of 30Lbs, 6 InOff Waist
