    Right now I'm just using what I have hand weights, weighted gloves and resistance bands. I'm using the 30 Day Shred a couple times a week and incorporating all the Turbofire strength workouts (Sculpt, Tone, Upper, Lower, Core, Abs, CLX Burn Circuit 1) on my exercise schedule along with 2 TF HIITS and 2 cardio (fire or run) workouts/week. I would love to start NROLW or Stronglifts, but I have never lifted in my life and need to find some time and someone who can help me out a little so I don't injure myself. I'll probably just end up getting a new program Les Mills Pump or Chalean Extreme, but then I need some heavier weights.

    After 4 weeks of my own plan (TF, shred, running). 133lbs & I got a new swimsuit! Thank you TF for the healthier and much improved me! :)

    You look amazing!! And so confident and happy! I'm so excited about starting it next week :) I did CLX and missed having more cardio in my life.
