I always thought that my number was 230 which was high but the doctor told me last week that it actually had been 304!! I just posted a story about this to my blog. http://www.fearlessleefit.com/nutrition/my-victory-over-high-cholesterol/

    Went to the doctor yesterday to find the result of my lab work, found out my cholesterol also dropped. Need to keep pushing to get of the meds.
