Hello! How is everyone doing??
My day is pretty awesome so far! I'm having a late lunch, had a good healthy breakfast. But I did have two fruit by the foot candy rolls
Working out is GREAT! I can finally do the whole combat class without stopping even once!
Tell me about how your going so far! Any weight losses?

I've done well, this week, although I didn't workout, Thursday! I haven't been on the scales, that thing just intimidates me!! I usually get on it once every 8-10 weeks, seriously!! But, I plan to on Monday morning! So far, so good!0

This week hasn't been the greatest to be honest, I've been well under my calorie goals for a couple days, but the food choices haven't been the greatest (not enough fruits & veggies!). Work was a major bummer today but I'm looking forward to the weekend! My first weigh-in for April is coming up fast this Monday!0

Purplesauras I know what you mean. I eat way to many sweets. So let's do this together tomorrow. More of what is good for us and less of what is not.
