I could use some input here. After first two weeks I dropped 18 pounds and 5 inches from stomach. Not a bad start. I am not even 5 feet tall so 5 off tummy helps a bunch. Looking forward to more workouts. Having a hard time wanting flavor can now eat soft foods but 2 bites and I am done. Shakes and protein shots help get the 60 grams Dr. wants but it is tough to get it all in and down. Any suggestions?

Wow! Sounds like you are doing great. You have to find the brand of protein shakes that you can tolorate easily. I personally could only drink Unjury (not strawberry) and Isopure Zero Carb ready to drink. My dietician also made a great suggestion, mix your shakes in a magic bullet or blender. It gets broken down and somehow makes them taste much better.0
