I started the Body Ecology Diet after another round of Antibiotics for a systemic infection.
I had great success doing the Body Ecology Diet & the product are no longer in my budget.
When I ordered the Ultimate Core Package I felt so good. Now, Not so much.
I am restarting my Body Ecology Diet this week. I still have the Ancient Minerals but that's all. I will be making my own Kefir & another batch of Culture Veggies. So i will be posting here as I cook & create great B.E.D. Recipes.
I have to do B.E.D otherwise ... I Get So Sick.!!!
