Then a 23-26% incline for the next 10 minutes...Then finished out strong the final 2 minutes to beat my record of 543 calories........30 minutes/729..........1 hour/1349...................1:11:57/1500 calories.........Average heart rate for the first hour was 138....max heart rate 156......
