So in the instagram world, I have been seeing tons of post about the workout DVD/ and eating plan "Black Girls Workout Too" with mother/daughter team Ellen and Lana Ector. Posts from everyday people, as well as celebrities. Has anyone else seen this or tried the workout. For those of you on instagram check out the hashtag #blackgirlsworkouttoo...... The DVD is on amazon for 29.99.

Let me be clear I DO NOT OWN this dvd, I thought about purchasing it but am looking for more information.

    I've never heard of this one and I've been looking for new workouts with my 20 week Turbo Fire program coming to an end, so I decided to check it out on Amazon, out of 104 reviews, 61 "5 stars", which isn't bad, though some of the reviews stated that the production was bad, $30 was overpriced, but on the good side, its good for strength training or those new to working out
