Ingredients:
- 500g strawberries
- 250g blueberries
- 180g raspberries
- 1 half banana
- (optional) an extremely small amount of Stevia powder.
Procedure:
- homogenize the whole enchilada with a powerful food shredder.
- eat (as is)
- alternatively, mix 1:1 with Joghurt Nature, and eat.
Calories:
- extremely low
Gratification:
- similar to any dessert that would entail 10x as many calories!
Price:
- very significant, alas! The price of fresh berries in Switzerland is exorbitant...

Correct, it's 430 kcal - but the recipe gives ca. 1kg of smoothie, translating into 43 kcal/100g. The amounts correspond to the size of the berry containers at Coop - but you are right, the recipe is not intended to be eaten in one go!0 -
