Ingredients:
- 500g strawberries
- 250g blueberries
- 180g raspberries
- 1 half banana
- (optional) an extremely small amount of Stevia powder.

Procedure:
- homogenize the whole enchilada with a powerful food shredder.
- eat (as is)
- alternatively, mix 1:1 with Joghurt Nature, and eat.

Calories:
- extremely low

Gratification:
- similar to any dessert that would entail 10x as many calories!

Price:
- very significant, alas! The price of fresh berries in Switzerland is exorbitant...

    Expensive: true.

Extremely low calorie content: Nah......not really. Adds up to approx. 430 kcal.

Maybe eating half would be an option?

Correct, it's 430 kcal - but the recipe gives ca. 1kg of smoothie, translating into 43 kcal/100g. The amounts correspond to the size of the berry containers at Coop - but you are right, the recipe is not intended to be eaten in one go!

Next step: I will be trying to make frozen yoghurt from this mixture, using my brand-new ice machine (http://www.toppreise.ch/prod_128109.html).
