Has anyone tried the Josie Gibson workout? I use a lot of Jillian MIcheals DVDS, it looks like a similar set up but I often find these celeb workouts aren't hard enough, anyone got any feedback?

I really want to try Josie's DVD, but I think since I'm just starting out it wouldn't be wise (my husband says "If you do that...you'll kill yourself!").

Buuuttt......I am thinking about doing 30 Day Shred to start off with. If you DO happen to try Josie's DVD, please let me/us know. :)

I like some of it but to be honest was alittle disappointed. One of the exercises where you go from standing then down to the floor and walk forward on her hands. I tried this and it really hurt my knees and thighs. I'm not sure that it is friendly to people who are over weight, especially by a lot.

My favourite exercises DVD is David Hayes. Its his first one and i love it. You can create a workout everytime you go on. So you don't have to do all of it if you don't want to. To be honest its alot to do in one go. Hopefully will get there one day. I got it from his website.

I think its worth trying an exercise DVD though. Its just finding out what suits you best. But truthfully not sure I'll rush into doing Josie's again straight away. Will stick with the haymaker.

    Good luck
