You don't have to anymore...I found this post on here and I have been using it the past 2 weeks and it is awesome!!! and it definitely makes me realize that all calories aren't the same (when I try to average out how many calories = a point lol). anyways - it is not 100% accurate but it is mostly accurate on things I've put in (except alcohol). Just thought I'd help you out

Yep, I've been using that too!! I agree, not all calories/points are created equal! I create my own fruits - I give them the calorie value from the data base and then put 0 for the fat, carbs, fiber and protein - that way it calculates the fruit to 0 pts. It is VERY interesting to see how those 0 pt fruits add up calorie wise. People tend to think 0 pts means FREE and nothing could be further from the truth.0
