So I was 3 weeks into Brazil Butt Lift, following it RELIGIOUSLY when a whole bunch of other fitness things came up. My hockey AND soccer leagues started up, plus a 3 day a week boot camp. I really want to be able to complete Brazil Butt Lift, but my body is simply exhausted. Do you think easing back into it is the way to go, or should I lay off BBL completely until my schedule calms down (note, my calories are set to 1200, but I don't have any qualms about eating over. Today I had about 2000 calories with a soccer game and boot camp).
My schedule is like this:
Sundays - 2 hockey games
Mondays - boot camp (arms focus), 1 soccer game
Wednesdays - boot camp (abs focus)
Saturdays - boot camp (butt/legs focus)
Then I do Brazil Butt Lift every day but Tuesday (I work a LOT, and Tuesday is usually a 16 hour day for me).
What are your thoughts? Give myself a couple days rest, push through, or lay off the BBL completely for a bit?

Wow just looking at your schedule is exhausting! I would definitely lay off BBL for now and just focus on all the other things you have going on. I would also up your 1200 calorie goal to at least 1500-1600 with all that activity and stick to that for a while. Maybe add in a 5th day of something on Thursdays, but take 2 rest days if possible. Good luck with all of that.0

I agree with Lisa, Sounds like your really pushing your body hard. and muscles need to recover. especially eating only 1200 calories a day. If you play a soccer game and then go do fairly intense BBL workout your probably buring that much.
Make sure you give yourself a day off each week too. and from the looks of your schedule, your getting a lot of butt work in anyway. I would say if you realy wanted to do BBL to do it Tuesday and Thursday only and give yourself Friday off to recover.0
