Good morning ladies... I have been a MFP member for some time now.. managed to lose 15 lbs before becoming pregnant in October... we are due July 7th with a little girl
So far so good I started at 260 when we found out I was pregnant and have only gained 10 lbs so far... wish it was none but baby is growing
I walk an hour + and evening, and am eating healthy... just here for some encouragement and to encourage others of course
looking forward to getting to know you
