Where is everyone?

Man its hard to stick with a program. I can't say I have been very good this year. but who says April 9th isn't a good day to start...well the Maple brown sugar oatmeal I ate for a "snack" that had more sugar than is recommended in a day! So it all starts over with lunch :P

I often wonder what are my hang ups and honestly I don't know what it is. Most of you know I had a baby in December and lost all the weight plus 10 lbs in about three weeks :) well her I sit 4 months later at the SAME WEIGHT! I am BFing/pumping but the weight is just sitting, with Jack it just fell off.

So today I start watching what I eat (lol), I don't have the time to go to the gym for 3 hours a day so I darn well better think before I put calories in my mouth. I need to remind myself I don't have time to work that candy bar off or I don't have time to work those chips off so I better not eat them. I would rather be at the park playing with my kids than putting them in child care to work off a candy bar.

So what got you off track and if you have stayed on track how are you doing it?

Yes I rambled on this post but come on I need some encouragement!
