Hi ladies, you all must be busy but I miss you. ;) I have been pushing play but in kinda a funk. I did indeed gain weight and have just been fustrated. I have been internet searching for info on what to do differently. Two things: I found out I am a certain body type and I don't just mean apple and pears stuff. I am an endomorph. I learned it's hard for me to lose weight (duh) and I really need to limit my carbs. Also doing HIIT training does wonders and heavy weight lifting as well. I need to get sleep and try not to stress. :) I like the last one. But really it was pretty spot on about some of my "issues". I am glad I found this info and will use it to the best i can.
I looked at a site that gives me a time line to follow and how fast the weight will come off. This was a real eye opener for me. I just seem to think the weight is going to come off overnight. It was kinda depressing and kinda cool all the same but if I keep doing what I am doing I sould be at my goal by sept 2014. :( This however is probably not going to happen because of my body type, but does give me a better idea about how long it will take me. So that is where I have been at and well hopeing for the best, Hope you ladies are pushing play!!!

    Hey ladies,

Sorry I've been absent for a few days. The same day my hubby was told that he was getting deployment orders, he was also told that he was accepted into the Army training school that he really wanted to get into... which would void his deployment orders... maybe. Unfortunately, we haven't actually received any written orders for anything yet, so things are still WAAAAY up in the air. On top of everything else, our orientation for IVF up in DC is on Tuesday!!

As far as my workouts go, I've fallen off the wagon a bit. I did 2 Fire workouts this week, and went on a 5.3 mile jog/walk with the hubby again. Other than that, nadda. Hopefully things will be settled down a bit next week so I can get back into the swing of things.

Wow Jeni your life sure sounds crazy right now. I am glad you touched base with us. :)
I have been doing some workouts this week but my son is sick again and it makes it tough. We thought he was dehydrated at first but now I know he is sick. :( plucking and diarrhea, a first for him. He is 2. My band that you put around your feet when working out broke yesterday on me, ouch and it sucks because it broke in the middle and if I retie it I am not sure how it will work. On a happy note I found a DVD when I was flipping through my pack from CLX, that I didn't even know I had. I was pretty excited. It has 3 workouts on it and I have never done them before so I am going to be giving them a try. Have a great weekend and keep pushing play!

    Hello ladies,

Just checking it...it's been a really bad week eating-wise and exercise-wise as well. I haven't pushed play since last Monday and lately I just haven't been wanting to either. I have been redoing week 14 for the last month or so and I am debating on starting over Week 1 on Monday. I hope to get P90X back from my husband's coworker soon so I'm going to add some P90x to the routine. I'll just mute Tony and play some music in the background so I don't have to hear his cheesy lines.

    Have a great Sunday!
