Food processors, blenders, mixers, etc... What's your favorite brand & why? I'm looking to get a large capacity processor (12-14 cup) and immersion blender. What do you recommend or warn against?

    My food processor is BY FAR my favorite prep tool! I never thought something would surpass my KitchenAid stand mixer. Here's the one I got. It's 11 cups. I read a ton of reviews that the fancy ones with all the different settings don't work as well.

    I also just got a KitchenAid immersion blender. I've only used it once but it worked just fine.

    I really see KitchenAid & Cuisinart as my only real processor choices. The KitchenAid is about $50 cheaper so there's that.

    I have a cheap ($30ish) Black & Decker from Walmart. I think it's an 8 cup. So far, it's working great, but I'd like to get a bigger one someday!
