My biggest issue is my inner thighs.Can someone tell me what to do to reduce all this fat I have on my inner thighs??Its getting time to wear shorts and before long a swimsuit and I hate my thighs!!Please tell me what to do!

I have been doing mostly cardio in my weight loss journey and have noticed that I have lost a few inches in my thighs. I recently hurt my shins so I have been resorting to riding my stationary bike and while I haven't taken measurements in the past 2 weeks, I have noticed visually that they appear smaller and more muscular. I am going to keep doing Zumba, and riding my stationary bike and see where that takes me. Good luck!!0
