Today I did Day 2 of Turbo Fire (HIIT 15 and Stretch 10)!!!! I am following the 20 week schedule! I am a runner as well. My last 1/2 marathon was in February and since I don't have any major races planned until Nov I have decided to complete the Turbo Fire program! I have heard tons of great things...
I am loving it so far!!!!
