Hi! I am going to check out my first Crossfit class this weekend. Does anyone belong to a box in the twin cities? If so, please share your thoughts and experiences! I live in Brooklyn Center but work in Woodbury, so I am open to most locations.

I don't do crossfit, but I recently joined Evolution Group Fitness, a new place that just opened in Champlin. It's Caveman training which is similar to crossfit, but a little more geared to all fitness levels - Lots of kettlebells, boxing, full body compound exercises that are involved in crossfit. They have a free week trial for anyone interested.
