Finding balance

I think my biggest challenge right now is getting the right balance. I work 10 hour days 20 minutes away from home, which makes for a very long day. Additionally, we only get a half hour for lunch. I am trying to get enough sleep, not miss work, spend time with family, work out, and make healthier meals.

I try to do Wii fitness after work because my daughter can do it with me-she can definitely out-Zumba me any day. But, I really want to do Couch25k, but every time I try to get started, she wants to go with me, but then she wants to stop and pick up a rock, or talk to her friend, or her leg hurts or...if I go without her, I only get to see her for about an hour before bed, and if intake her, I might as well just been a casual stroll at the park.

I got off to go a good start, I don't want to backslide again.
