I'm just getting ready to leave for the gym...I need a really good workout today! I have been slacking lately! I loved that strength training video called Iron Strength Workout..I didn't care for the other one too much though. You know, I don't have any problem coming up with workouts to do...the problem I have is figuring out what to eat each day! Anyone have any suggestions?

For luch have baked chicken breast with some raw veggies. It's vrey filling, low in calories and hight in protein. And it's also very easy to make. I bake like 12-16 at a time, put them in ziplock bags and throw them in the frizer. Every other day I take one for lunch. Easy and healthy0

Good morning!
I do the same as Hope with chicken...it's easy that way to always have something healthy on hand when you are short on time...
I also make a lot of low cal soups...those are filling and quick to grab...I put them in individual portion containers and freeze them as well...
I buy liquid egg whites and use them to make an omelette with tons of veggies and a bit of cheese...
Make marinara sauce to go over spaghetti squash and a bit of parmesan or over your chicken for a change...
I buy low cal whole wheat pitas and fill half with salad, chicken, tuna or whatever...lol...
Anyway...hope that helps....there's a lot more but the main thing is to always have fresh veggies on hand, prepare them so they are ready to either be cooked or eaten...that avoids us 'picking' at not so good food because we are hungry...

LOL I had a tuna sandwich for lunch and am having chicken for dinner tonight. Today I was going to do W3D2 of C25K but I think it's a rest day instead, i'm a bit sore from the rest of the week and have felt tired all day.0 -

Excellent! It's awesome that you recognized when you needed a rest day and took it...I've done that twice this last week...it's going to keep you strong and healthy and help avoid injury...good job!! Love that tuna! LOL!!0
