Friend said he was thinking about starting running. So, after dragging him into a specialist shop for the correct footwear, took him out to the park and connected him up with my iPhone, armband, water and running headphones. Then went round with him for 2k as he did the first session.
His face was a picture, and I could tell exactly where the zoms were by the way he moved.
There's going to be a small army of runners in my hometown at this rate.
