How's everyone doing on the Shred? Started L2 today and remembered all to well why I hate this level, but I will keep at it just as the first time around. Anyone feeling any changes after the first 10 days?

    I had to take a break from L1 because my knee was feeling tired - I had an injury that healed but I don't want to push it too hard. Now I'm sick so I am way behind, but I have to say that I feel stronger after 8 days of L1. I haven't seen a change on the scale yet, but I feel like my body is changing a little bit! :)

    Sorry to hear you are sick. But good for you that you are feeling stronger! I am too, and I haven't seen a move on the scale either, but I feel like my body is changing too. I just wish it was changing more drastically in my trouble areas: thighs/tummy.
