    Hello:
    I have just found this Group...feels good! Over the last 2.5 years I have lost over 130 lbs. through diet (what I eat) and very moderate exercise. For the last 5 months I had been in a "stall" I ramped down My calories and still did not lose any more. I did a "reset" and began eating My BMR min for 2 weeks, then began eating RAW Foods. with nuts and seeds The first week I have lost 10 lbs. Now I have added HITT on My stationary cycle every other day.

    So My Wellness Plan until September 15:
    * RAW Veggies and Fruit (FRESH Juiced Fruit Juices and Smoothies, fruit, nuts...) until 4 PM, then One Meal = A huge Green Salad for Dinner). Good Fats: Nuts, Seeds, Avocado, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil.
    * Exercise: Just Move Baby; Also: HIIT Cycle 3-4 Times Per Week. Starting, 8 Min Total, 4 Intervals of 30+ seconds at max speed I can go.

    So much info out there on Raw Eating...
