    Four weeks yesterday to this and I am now starting to worry! Boot camp was good on Sunday but then I could only manage a walk later and now my legs are killing! Really don't know how I'll make the 7 miles.

    Anyone else training for something like this?

    Legs are finally feeling a bit better so back to the gym tonight.

    I was talking to someone about this yesterday and they think I should stop all exercise four days before the run to let my body repair and get ready.

    Anyone have any suggestions if I should do this or just carry on up to the day?

    Maybe just go for a gentle run tonight or tomorrow, only a few miles, just to keep your muscles limber?
