Here is your weigh-in for the next week! Weigh-in by Friday April 19th at midnight!

Start Weight:
Week 6:
Week 7:
Week 8:
Week 9:
Goal Weight:

Weekly struggle: {Are you tracking? are you eating correctly? are you working out? Did you forget something?}

WEEKLY NSV: {Instead of a strength, a weekly non-scale victory. What made you squeal with delight and made you proud of you?}

WEEKLY CHALLENGE KEEP PUSHING IT! Work it! Make yourself do what you haven't been doing! Challenge your body and your mind to be healthy! If you aren't exercising, then do it! If you aren't tracking, then do it! Re-evaluate your goals and your methods!

GROUP CHALLENGE: Since we have gone under our previous goal, we're going to push ourselves to lose 30lbs (so back to 25 and then some) for the week! PUSH IT!

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! Remember, we are an open group!

If you don't want to do the challenge anymore, please let me know. If you are not active after two weeks, I will remove your name from the chart. Any suggestions? Concerns? Send me a message! You can also add me to see when I post!

    Damn, hoping this gain is from too much salt yesterday. I was doing well!!

    Start Weight: 191.6
    Week 6: 187.4
    Week 7:189.0
    Week 8:187.8
    Week 9:189.2
    Goal Weight: 175

    Got in a day of lifting, so that made me feel good, but we went camping so I ate crappy. On a good note, major NSV for me this week was that i had my best Fit Bit week ever!! I broke ALL my goals, and I have never done that before!

    This week I have to push more water and even if its super nice out, push myself to get to the gym today and Thurs. for my classes.

    Yes, San Juan was great! We went 2 days early & stayed at the Sheraton Old San Juan right at the cruise port & did sightseeing before we got on the ship~After the cruise, we took a Bacardi Rum Factory tour before going back to the airport...We love San Juan...we have been there one time before 3 yrs ago...:love:

    Weekly struggle: definitely doing any kind of regular and structured exercise. I've discovered I really dislike 30DS (I get bored!) but I also struggle with motivation to do anything when I get back from work, or on my days off I want to relax a bit. Don't get me wrong, I still do a lot of walking and up and down stairs and things, but it doesn't feel...'proper', I guess. Any suggestions?

    Weekly NSV: Now, this is a fun one! I have several this week :D 1) I tried on my summer wardrobe. Things which last summer made me cry because they were too small now fit, and things I bought last summer to replace them are too big! This also makes me a bit sad, because I bought some lovely things, but I'll live with it. Sell them on ebay and then buy to replace. 2) The last vestiges of my double chin (which I hate hate hate in photos, and there's a wedding summer coming up) are disappearing. 3) I measured this morning as a 29 inch waist! I've been stuck on 30ish for so long I thought it wouldn't ever change!

    So, overall - I'm pretty damn pleased with myself this week :D I hope everyone else is having a good week, or that next week is good for you if not.

    RoseMay, I'm exactly the same - get in from work and I feel too tired/busy to fit in a workout! I also didn't manage to complete 30DS (had about 5 days left) as I got so bored of it. I'm currently doing Ripped in 30 instead and I actually prefer it, especially as the workout changes every week (you only do 5-6 workouts a week) instead of every 10 days which was way too long!

    Start Weight: 138
    Week 6: 129
    Week 7: 132
    Week 8: 127
    Week 9: 134
    Goal Weight: 119

    Weekly struggle: Well, I've had pretty much the worse week of my weight loss journey thus far. I realised my scales must be broken as I went from 127 one day to 134 the next so I went out a brought a pair of Weight Watchers digital scales and they showed my weight as 134lb as well. So I guess my huge weight loss last week was due to my dodgy scales :( knew it was too good to be true! But I guess I've also learned to maybe be less obsessed with the scales and rely more on my inches instead. So I've come to accept my weight as 134 lb now but I am still determined to get down to my goal but it may not be in time for june!

    WEEKLY NSV: Umm...don't really feel like I've had one this week. If I think of anything I'll add it in!

  • Phreekles: the thing is, if your scales were +7lbs, that just means you started +7lbs as well - so you've still lost a lot of weight! Your scales were as broken 6 weeks ago probably, so you should still be proud of yourself :)
