It's Saturday. How is your day gonna be? I had a banana this morning, which of course has a lot of sugar (15 grams to be exact). But I then followed it up with 60 minutes of vigorous exercise so I used it all up. All good. That's the way it should be. If you're gonna put sugar in your body, use it. Otherwise, skip it!!
