    Wed: 402 (walk on my lunch break, 30 Day Shred and short bike ride)
    Thur: 355 (tennis)
    Fri: 179 (30 Day Shred)
    Sat: 932 (tennis, 30 Day Shred and warm up on exercise bike)

    Sun: 419= HRM walking, brisk pace - 62 min
