Exercise
1. 4 days out of 7 of 30-45 min cardio sessions to be spread out during the week as it suits you best!
sessions of jogging, fast walking, cross-trainer or treadmill,Zumba, Aerobics, Dance, etc.
(moderate cleaning doesn't count )
2. Try something new or something you didn't do for a while - independent exercise of your choice: mine for example will be Trampoline yes ...we had trampoline outside for over a year and yes I didn't go on it for 30 min yet
If you lack inspiration, you can try swimming, clubbing (DANCING!!!), another class at your local gym, or that new DVD , take tennis rackets and go play tennis with kids in park ... or football ?
3. Best Butt Exercises For Women: Squats
Squats are one of the best butt exercises you can do to build a nice round booty and sexy legs. Make sure you keep your abs tight, back straight, weight on heels, and sit your butt back.

can you make at least 350 a week ? E.G. 50 +60+70 +day rest +50 +60 +70
4. Don't forget to take a day rest! Your body needs it.
This is our first week !!!! It is supposed to be an introduction, so have fun and get healthy!
There is no lbs reward as our teams are not complete yet and track success would be difficult .

Try a power walk around the block or a bike ride0 -
you can do 4 times weight exercise for 30-45 min
but try something new for 30 min - did you try 30 day shred http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8 or just try to walk instead of taking car - or maybe take sponge and wash your car ...there must be something you like0 -
I have a ton of aches and pains in my body but I just pushed myself through a beginners zumba video on youtube. It is 27 minutes long. I will be adding a walk later today and I am hoping to find my dumbbells to start strength training this week. In then past when trying to loose all I ever did was walk. This time I want to be a crazy fat burning machine lol

I am new to this BL challenge so I am curious as to how these activities are tracked in order to get the advantages? I know we will keep track on our MFP diaries but how do we track as a team?

Hey there everybody,
I am starting my spring cleaning this week so I am going to use that towards my pre-game excercise. I also have a yoga dvd and a gym membership. I am going to try to get to the gym to walk for 45 min a day. Good luck everyone!

Hey everyone, I started taking Zumba classes at the gym and boy was it ever a workout! Didn't realize it gave you such a sweat! Planning on taking these classes at least 4 times a week and will also try to do some some weights
I play volleyball anywhere from 1 - 4 hours a week as well so hopefully this will give me to kick start that I've needed.

Way to push thru!! those are the workouts that do the most for you. In my opinion anyways. The workouts you are motivated to do are great too... but I think it really helps with the "mind over matter" when you push through one you really didnt want to do. I take a little more pride in completeling the ones i just didnt want to start in the first place... Keep it up!!! great job!!!0 -

I did a huge walk yesterday and I have done one so far today I also plan on doing my zumba and strength training.0

I'm doing the C25K program 3 days a week, zumba, and biking in between. I also joined a 30 day squat challenge. I'm up to 80 squats a day so far.0
