I you asking about physical or emotional pain? I am lucky I don't have much physical pain my physical pain has always been dull and it wasn't until I started to try for a baby did I notice the constant Dull pain in my pelvic region. But I have suffered from a lot of emotional pain, it helps me to talk about it with people and also I pray to God to help me get through it and to see some purpose in all of the pain.

I have had the emotional pain and physical pain. I found with the physical pain walking helps. I know it does sound crazy even if you are curled up in a ball. Also, a heating pad works to ease some pain.

Now when it comes to emotional pain, I still deal with it everyday. The doctor I have now has made me feel a little better about wanting to start a family one day. My first doctor told me I would never have kids. That tore me up inside and out. I went for the second opinion and she told me I could. But talking about it helps a lot. I use to be one to lock it all in but now I talk. I am finding out more and more people I know have PCOS and that I am not the only one.

So keep your head up. If you ever need a friend, we are all out here.

My best advice is to take one day at a time! Emotionally you'll have your good and bad days; physically sometimes you'll feel like giving up. DON"T you can will get through this. Try heat for the physical pain and ibprohen(sp?) for the aches. The best emotional advice I can give you is talk it out. When I was first told about PCOS you didn't hear a lot about it at all. Then as the years passed you heard more and more women suffered. Fertility is tricky but you can get pregnant it just takes longer. I'm here if you need me! :flowerforyou:
