Half the month has passed, so most of us should have lost 2 pounds at least...But if you didn't (i didn't ) your perfectly fine, go on with what your doing!

I have been trying really hard to add cardio and not eat back all my calories each day. It has been working for me. I am down almost the entire 3 pounds I set out to lose. I will continue on this as it has been working for me. Keeping this challenge in my mind has been the inspiration I needed at night to just say "no" to more food late at night.

I am unfortunately only down 0.9lbs so far this month, I don't think I'll be completing the challenge!
I'm trying a new strategy this week since my weekly losses have dramatically plummeted. I started a new job which is significantly more active than usual (I'm usually behind a computer allllll day), so I'm going to add extra calories since I've been feeling more tired and hungry. Maybe it will get me back on track! :happy:0 -
